Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders the day after we receive them but please allow up to 48 hours during busy periods.
All orders are sent by Royal Mail UK Recorded Delivery - Second Class.
We currently only deliver to customers in the UK.
Returns
If sadly for some reason you are unhappy with your product, please email us at secretwisper2009@yahoo.com or contact us through Whatsapp on our home page and we will assist in any way we can.
Unfortunately due to hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on earrings.
We do not accept returns on any item damaged after it has arrived in good condition.
We also do not accept returns on mismeasurement of any item(s) before purchase (please see below).
Returns/Refunds will be accepted for 14 days after the order is dispatched.
Each piece is a unique individual fit and the measurements are stated on each item listed. Please check before ordering that these measurements are correct for you. You can do this by measuring your wrist with a tape measure, measuring another bracelet that you wear and measuring the length of the earrings/necklace you currently wear.
We will not issue refunds on an item(s) that do not fit.
We may be able to offer a resizing service on some items before sending out to you if you contact us via email or WhatsApp. Each request is at the discretion of Secret Wispers Jewellery and there may be an additional charge depending on the alterations requested. There may also be a delay in the time it takes to send the item to you in the post. All altered items must be paid for before any alterations are done.
Jewellery Care
During the process of making our jewellery we take every care to ensure it meets our high standards.
To ensure your purchase remains in good condition, please remove all items of jewellery prior to bathing, showering or application of creams and lotions.
Many of our pieces are made from glass beads which, like normal glass, can shatter if dropped, knocked etc. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on these types of breakages.
Silver and Hypoallergenic materials are prone to reacting with the environment they are in and tarnishing can happen under certain circumstances. If you notice this happening please do not panic, you need a silver cleaning cloth and to gently rub the tarnish away. This will restore the item back to its top quality condition. We do not recommend using silver dips to remove the tarnish as this can damage the glass beads and other materials used in the making of the jewellery.
Elasticated bracelets
Elasticated bracelets are good fun as they are easy to put on and take off. However, they do need a little extra care. Please don't stretch them as this will damage the elastic, instead roll them on and roll them off when using. Please also ensure they are removed prior to showering or bathing.

Packaging
All our products will arrive in a stylish gift box, except children's jewellery.
